What we collect

When you submit a vote we store:

• the name you enter;
• the email address you enter;
• the artists you selected, stored as artist IDs;
• the date and time of your submission;
• which voting round your vote belongs to.

For abuse prevention we also process your IP address and browser user-agent when a vote or an admin login is submitted. IP addresses are stored only as a one-way hash, never in their raw form.

Why we collect it

Your name, email, and artist selection are used to run the vote: to count one vote per email address per round and to tally the results. Your email is not used for marketing by this application.

How the data is used and shown

• The public scoreboard shows only the total number of votes per artist. It never shows who voted or what an individual person selected.
• Event organisers can export a CSV of submissions (name, email, timestamp, and selected artists) for tallying and contacting winners.
• Voting data is not sold or shared with third parties by this application, and there is no advertising tracker on the voting page.

Who can access it

Only event organisers who hold the admin passcode can view submissions, export them, or manage the lineup. Admin activity is recorded in an audit log, including exports and destructive actions.

How long it is kept

A fixed retention period has not been set for this deployment. Submissions are kept until an organiser clears them in the admin panel or deletes the voting database.

Your choices

You can ask for your submission to be removed, or ask what is stored about you, by emailing 3levenentertainmentmedia@gmail.com. Include the email address you voted with so the organisers can find the record.
